Here at Hot Space Yoga Ltd we specialise in helping you strengthen your body to become fitter and more toned, improve your flexibility to move and feel better and relieve stress to feel more relaxed.
We offer 'Not so Hot', 'Warm' and 'Hot Yoga' classes to suit all levels of fitness so you can choose a class to suit you. We are a team of professional teachers and staff who encourage people to improve the quality of their life, health and well-being by sharing our knowledge and expertise in a caring and supportive environment.

We are based In Ware and offer small group classes of no more than 12 students so we can give you individual attention
Our studio offers a variety of classes for all levels of experience and fitness, centred around strengthening the body, increasing flexibility, mobility and suppleness as well as toning the body and increasing fitness levels. If you've tried the gym and it really isn't for you, then this could be the answer you are looking for.
And we have Fun! We build relationships, make you and your well-being our top priority and we feel part of a community of people who all support each other.

I can make time to come to 4 classes a month (average once a week), I'm ready to begin my journey towards better health-and well-being and I want to move towards my goals in the next 3-6 months
I can take time out to come to 8 classes a month (average 2 classes a week), I'm ready to improve my health and well-being and I want to work towards achieving my goals quickly in the next 2-4 months
I am dedicated to come to classes 12 times a month (average 3 classes a week) and I'm ready to transform my health and well-being and achieve my goals in the quickest time possible
